In today’s crowded market, where AI is utilized for everything from writing emails to creating social posts, it’s become easier and easier to detect. We strongly advise against using artificial intelligence to create a finished project. Instead, The Miner Agency recommends using it to facilitate brainstorming processes and organizing ideas.
It’s important that the heart and soul of your business remains prominent in your work, but using AI to speed up the process is a pro strategy! Here are just a few ways that we love using AI at The Miner Agency:

Yes, you can upload lengthy documents (such as a .pdf file) to ChatGPT, where the document will be summarized in a concise and easily digestible format. Similarly, you can create charts and graphs based off the information given. All you have to do is be clear with your instructions and your desired format in the text box!
We also love to use ChatGPT to help us think outside the box when it comes to logo designs and branding. You can give ChatGPT a summary of your business and desired branding, and it will ask you a few questions before giving you some logo and branding ideas. While we don’t recommend using these as a final product, these are a great opportunity to think outside the box and visualize other creative directions.

Milanote
Milanote is a great tool to organize content planning and your social media strategy. You can create vision and mood boards that your team can collaborate on seamlessly.
It’s also a great way to plan out your social media, website content, blog posts in one place for easy tracking and editing. You can also place photos and graphics with your text.
Constant Contact
Constant Contact is a digital and email marketing platform that will allow you to easily communicate with your audience.
You can upload emails, media advisories and press releases in advance as well as format and design your emails the way you want. We also love that you can send test emails to troubleshoot before you send your emails to clients.
Asana
Asana is a work management platform that can allow your team to seamlessly collaborate on tasks.
You can easily plan out and manage projects from start to finish, assigning tasks to your team members. Each step and individual task of your projects are then laid out for you!
Canva or Adobe Express
Canva and Adobe Express are both design platforms where professional designers and artists create templates that allow you to create graphics, ads, visuals and more with ease. While Canva does have a free option, you can do even more with CanvaPro. Adobe Express does not have a free option.
What we love most about these platforms is is how easy it is to personalize them and discover new, creative uses. We recommend using the beginning of a new year to try new things, revisit your current policies and processes and create new ones if needed, and don’t be afraid to take a risk in trying new things!
