As Principal and CEO of The Miner Agency, I lead a team that helps federal agencies, defense organizations, prime contractors, state agencies, and public-sector partners move from strategy to execution. We work where mission requirements, policy, funding, operations, technology, and public perception collide. Most people see friction. I see the path forward.

The Miner Agency is an SBA 8(a)-certified, SDVOSB, EDWOSB small business with a Secret facility clearance. We provide mission and systems support, technical services, strategic communications, program operations, and administrative support to organizations that need disciplined execution.

Our work includes systems integration and modernization, enterprise systems implementation, engineering and technical program support, data analysis, documentation tracking, operational reporting, configuration management, executive messaging, change management, technology adoption, and digital communications.

I bring a dual perspective to this work. I am a business owner and strategist, but I am also a senior military commander with firsthand experience in defense operations, readiness, and the real-world consequences of slow systems and unclear communication. That combination shapes how we serve clients: practical, mission-aware, responsive, and focused on outcomes.

Alongside The Miner Agency, I co-lead Major Clean, supplying cleaning, odor control, and insect mitigation products to military units, emergency management teams, and disaster response organizations nationwide. When missions shift, storms hit, or operational needs change, we move.

I also teach business and marketing at the university level because students deserve more than theory. They deserve to learn from practitioners who have had to make decisions, manage risk, win work, lead teams, and deliver under pressure.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: missions deserve momentum. The right strategy matters, but execution is where credibility is built.

Bogey began his career in public service, training to be a guide dog and attending classes at the University of Georgia, where he majored in good behavior with a minor in stealing hearts. After a few semesters and a handful of campus adventures, he made a career pivot into the private sector. Now, as Head of Barketing, he oversees office vibes, client charm, and quality control of snack breaks. He’s a natural at fetching attention, sitting in on big ideas, and lobbying hard for ice cubes at every opportunity. Bogey reminds the team daily that great work should always come with a side of fun and a cold treat or two.
